About T R

   Hello, Tom Roberts of T R Construction here with a brief intro, a little background.

   I've been working in the construction, remodeling, woodworking, general handyman, property management, and most other related trades you can name or even think of for about 35 years now.

   I'm originally from the Yardville / Hamilton area (yes, a whole stone's-throw away) and have been happily living right here in the Northern end of Bordentown Township for almost 25 years now.

   I've been trading as T R Construction since back in 1989, doing residential home improvements and such, pretty much all over the central and South Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania areas since even well before then.

   Before changing over to the simpler 'T R' initials name, I originally went by Thomas A Roberts Home Improvements since when I very first started out on my own in 1979.

   I had originally started out working for a long-time, well-known, family-based local contractor at 23 years old (1978), - - and started branching off into my own business before the first year was even out.

   I've always had the fever to do all phases of home remodeling, and still do. The best way to insure the previous phases have been done correctly is to be the guy that did them.

   Now I've also phased into custom shop-type work, - - such as built-ins, entertainment centers, fireplace surrounds, custom shelving, and all your custom cabinetry and custom woodworking fabrication needs.
